The Waterside Office and New/Old French Desk

Recently, Karen hosted a Where Women Create Blogger Party. The party turned out to be a smashing success and...well, I wasn't quite ready and now I'm arriving (un)fashionably late...After seeing all the fun they had, I'll certainly be on time next year!
A quick glimpse into the office with the new French Desk. It's a small, oddly shaped room at the back of the cottage that was an add on at one time. Fortunately for me, just before I bought this little waterside cottage, it was hit by the backhoe guys when they were installing a new septic system and they had to redo the entire thing over! That put the 'owners to be' over the edge and they backed out of the deal. Divine Providence at work.

Surrounded by my favorite
things, the whitewashed Virgin Mary was inspired
by Jeanne d'Arc magazine.

The inspiration board is
on the only wall available.

Toot toot! For more, find me here!

Oh Roberta,
I love it. It does speak to me in the same Jeanne d'Arc style. It's very soothing and a real place of beauty. I am going to have to make an inspiration board for myself one of these days... yours is gorgeous. Happy weekend to you.

Hi Roberta! What a lovely place you have! I can't imagine how wonderful it would be to wake up every morning to cool ocean breezes... You are a lucky girl. The new (old) french desk is fabulous. I can't wait to see your studio in it's entirety next year!!! Have a wonderful weekend!

Hello Roberta,
While over at Karen's blog reading her good new & posting a comment I happen to run across your comment - so I ran right over to check out your studio.
Your waterfront office is beautiful, love the blue walls. MMMM And your desk is so chic, I just love it.
Hugs,
Penny
