Carol has invited us in for a treat and to see her front entry, but I want you to see her birdhouse first. Let's go around to the back and peek into her three season porch... Being the perfect hostess that she is, she's all ready for us. Looks like a scrumptious summertime brunch girls!
Here it is. This seashell birdhouse is a real beauty and labor of love. A wraparound deck on both levels for these lucky birds too! Willy doesn't know we're here yet so let's go to the front door. He's a French Poodle who loves the ladies and will shower us with kisses!
A rose boat sitting in the front yard. Charming! I've shown it to you here flourishing at it's peak.

One step into Carol's house and you will be mesmerized. She has beautiful vintage French chandeliers and sconces everywhere! Look how she placed two different sconces on each side of this fab mirror!
As always Carol, it was delightful, delicious and a pleasure! Thanks so much for having us.

What wonderful things Carol has. I really love that mirror and such a cute bird house.

Tell your friend I love her birdhouse! I've never made a two-story one, so I'll be stealing…I mean borrowing that idea. I use the jingle shells from our beaches for roof shingles, do you have those on your beaches?
Thank for sharing a glimpse into Carol's house, I just love everything about it!
Thanks for the peek. What a lovely home she has..., and the birdhouse is just darling. Love the boat too!
The ghost mirror is my favorite. It's really looks mysterious and unworldly. Great Waterside Wednesday post. Thanks.
Gorgeous post, Roberta. You're right, that ghost mirror is the star of the show. Whatever you two had for lunch (quiche?) looks delicious too. Gosh, I wish I had some "secret" gray wash... I'd use it on my french bench. Have a lovely week!

Your posts are always delightful and today was no different. Love the birdhouse covered in seashells and the rowboat. Fairy roses are a fave of mine. Always a fun visit with you.

Such beauty!!! I adore that mirror! Thanks for taking us along on the tour!
I've just painted a mirror frame gray, now I simply must make myself a shelled birdhouse.
Carol's entry has an ethereal feeling, doesn't it?
